There's nothing quite like banana bread still warm from the oven. Especially when you're in marathon recovery mode an you still want to eat all.the.carbs. Last week I made my traditional banana bread, but lightened it up with a little less sugar and butter. Instead, subbing Stonyfield Yogurt for some of the butter. I used this great chart from Stonyfield to make the substitution:

Here's the lightened up version:

Banana Bread with Stonyfield Yogurt

2-3 mashed bananas

2 eggs

1/4 cup Stonyfield Greek Yogurt

1/4 cup butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

2 cups flour

Preheat oven to 350º

1. Mash bananas and add eggs, Stonyfield Greek Yogurt, butter and brown sugar and stir until thoroughly mixed.

2. Add in dry ingredients flour, salt and baking soda until combined.

3. Spoon ingredients into non-stick or greased loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 60 min.
