Adventure Ready training is designed to establish a baseline fitness that allows you to seek out adventure on the road, trails, or slopes with the confidence that you have the fitness and strength to feel good and avoid injury. This program is designed for adventure seekers, trail and road runners, hikers, and weekend warriors who want the structure and accountability of a group training program geared not to a specific race, but to overall fitness. This 13-week group training program runs from February 1st to May 2nd 2026. Registration opens from January 23, 2026 and closes January 30, 2026.

13 weeks of semi-custom training based on your current level of fitness.
Weekly strength, run, hike, and cross-training activities based on your goals.
Weekly check-ins and feedback from your coach (Sarah)
Weekly athlete emails and access via email to your coach
Monthly drop-in Office Hours for a 20-min Zoom call
