Perfect Father's Day Popovers with Pete and Gerry's Organic Eggs
This post was created in partnership with Pete and Gerry's Organic Eggs. I am a proud brand ambassador for them!
With Father's Day this weekend we've got a few fun plans up ourselves to make sure my husband, Mark feels loved on his special day. Having the kids make cards is always a go-to as well as planning a delicious breakfast.
If you’re planning a Father’s Day Brunch for you special guy, you can get the kids in on the action with this simple Popover recipe. With just a few ingredients and simple instructions this recipe is easy enough for my eight year-old to do on her own.
While simple in its ingredients, popovers have a distinct and delicious texture when they “pop over” the edges of the pan creating and airy pocket on the inside. The key to this fluffy texture is the Pete and Gerry’s Organic Eggs, which also give it a delicious egg-y flavor.
