Announcing Rise.Run.Retreat. 2018

In 2003 before my first marathon.

In 2003 before my first marathon.

Running is transformative. At least it has been for me.

Running has taught me that "impossible" is just what you can do before you try.

Running has taught me to be brave enough to set audacious goals and go after them.

Running has taught me to step confidently into places I believe I belong, even if other don't.

Running has taught me that I can always give a little more than I think I can.

Running has taught me that talent is a myth and that success rewards the persistent.

Running has made me bold, brave, confident and audacious. Characteristics that were in me, just hiding behind shame, anxiety and guilt.

Rise.Run.Retreat. was born out of a this belief: that running can change us, even more so when we connect authentically. It brings me SO MUCH joy to organize these events that give women a chance to connect through running. So I am incredibly excited to announce this year's retreat (with special guest speaker Stephanie Bruce!) and my collaboration with Mary Johnson of Lift Run Perform and Lindsey Hein of I'll Have Another Podcast. The line up of events is pretty amazing and I'm excited to share them with you all!

I really hope you'll join me and these amazing women!

Applications for the Retreat are OPEN NOW! Be sure to get your application in before the deadline of March 1, 2018.
