This post is in partnership with Smartwool, who graciously sent me to Colorado this past weekend to participate in the Run Mindful Retreat. It was an amazing, life changing experience and I'm not just saying that because I have comfy socks on my feet. Life has been insanity since I returned from Colorado late Sunday night in the wee hours of Monday morning. I desperately want to recap everything I experienced and learned at the Run Mindful Retreat, put on by ultra runner Timothy Olson and his wife Krista. In a nutshell it was everything I needed and a pivotal life experience for me.
