This post was created in partnership with Stonyfield. All opinions are my own. It seems inevitable that every December, between the holiday errands and family gatherings and festivities that we all get sick. This year it got us early and we're just getting over our colds and coughs. While we were under the weather I made up these immune boosting smoothies with Stonyfield organic yogurt, chock full of probiotics and essential vitamins to ward off the colds we were fighting. I also turned a few of the smoothies into popsicles for my little ones, who were suffering with sore throats.
And it turns out that Yogurt, specifically Stonyfield yogurt, can help boost your immune system.
