Introducing Baby Jack

It's amazing how much your heart can grow with the birth of a child and then when another one comes along it grows again and you have more love than you ever thought you could give. On Saturday September 29th my capacity to love grew when Jack Lysander Canney came into this world at 6:44pm. He is a gem. Sweet and soft. We love him so much and are so proud to introduce him to you!

Jack Lysander Canney 8 lbs. 22 inches. Born September 29th, 2012 at 6:44pm.

Jack means: A Gift from God

Lysander means: One who is set free.

I am so grateful to my husband who was an amazing support and coach through the whole thing, and of course my midwives at The Coastal Family Birth Retreat--they are incredible. I am so grateful to have had a natural labor and delivery with no complications: I'll recap labor and delivery in a post later this week!
